How to Add a Contact Form to Your Squarespace Website
Adding the option for users to contact you throughout your Squarespace website is a fantastic way to improve your website, and make the user experience seamless. In this article, I will guide you through adding a contact form to your Squarespace website either by adding a pre-made section or even adding a contact block from scratch.

Adding a Contact Form on Squarespace
Option 1: Use A Pre Made Contact Section
Open the Squarespace editor.
Select Add Section within the editor.
You will see a list of options, select Contact.
Choose from the range of template options to match your brand.
Enter all of your contact details (phone number, email, address, etc)…
Add any form fields for your required info (select Design>Edit form fields)
Select Save and test.
Option 2: Adding A Contact Form With A Block
Navigate to the editor
Choose Add Block on your desired section, and select form from these options.
Customize the fields:
Click design (pen icon) to edit form fields.
Choose "text" to allow users to send you a message.
Edit Post-Submit:
Say thank you to your customers, or say check your inbox.
You can even redirect your users to another page.
Test and adjust
Edit button colors, cards, fonts, and strokes.
Select Save and test.
