How to Add a Call Booking Page to Your Squarespace Website
It gets quite tedious and annoying when you constantly send links to a number of different applications to your clients. 1 Way to get around this issue is by using Squarespace’s built-in appointment setting feature. Forget Calendly, Squarespace has everything you need to create the perfect user experience.
In this guide, I will show you step-by-step how you can add an appointment setting page to your Squarespace website.

Setting Up A Call Booking Page On Squarespace
1. Enable Squarespace Scheduling
Keep in mind that you will be required to pay for the premium plan to access this feature. Although for the time being, whilst using the trial plan, you will not need to pay.
Search “Scheduling” in the search bar.
Select Scheduling
2. Choose Your Availability
Make your way to Availability in the scheduling portal (you will find this on the left side of the dashboard)
Choose which hours you are available on each day.
You can set a day off by simply typing “closed” in this box.
You can also set custom hours and close on certain days (holidays, birthdays, etc)…
3. Choose Your Appointment Types
Select Appointment Types > New Service.
Choose the name of your service (ex: free onboard).
Select the appointment length (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes).
Select whether you want to charge or offer the call for free (enter a price if charging).
Select sdave.
4. Add Intake Form Questions
If you would like to find out some details about your client prior to the call:
Select Intake Form Questions.
Choose which questions you want, for example:
What has been stopping you from reaching X results?
How can I best help you on this call?
Select save.
5. Customize the Booking Page Design
Select Styles & Appearance.
Adjust the colors, fonts, etc to your liking.
Select save.
